Rooted in eastern Nepal.

Himalayan Cacao begins in the Arun Valley of Sankhuwasabha, eastern Nepal — one of the world's deepest valleys. Here, the valley floor sits low and lush between two of the world's highest peaks, Mt. Makalu and Mt. Everest.

It is a landscape of extraordinary contrast: tropical soil, mountain air, and centuries of local farming knowledge.

We're partnering with a farm here to explore what Nepali cacao can become — rooted in Himalayan soil, nurtured by local hands, and shaped into chocolate that carries the taste and story of this place. From the Himalayas, with cacao.
